Ross Knight is a website analyst / consultant, social media enthusiast, Husband, Dad and a bit of a Geek (in no particular order).

As always I am very busy! I have a number of projects that need finished before the end of January but I also need to spend time acquiring new projects for the months ahead. I suppose being a stay at home Dad means I don’t naturally come across the business contacts that I used to when working in an office environment.  In saying this I also waste a lot less time with idle chat!

(On a side note I have noticed that in this economic climate clients want to discuss proposals in far greater detail than they ever have – understandably they want to feel confident that they are going to get value for money).

My business has therefore joined the local Chamber of Commerce (http://www.melcc.org.uk/) and every few weeks on my Wife’s return from work I will venture out to network at a Chamber event and hopefully squeeze 3 weeks of casual business introductions into a few hours.
