This dealership is the worst I have ever come across. They dont know the meaning of customer care only once Skoda UK have been contacted do they show any!! My friend bought a new Seat and it is the same garage that does the servicing neadless to say the arguements he has had is shocking. Be sure it is not the Brands that are at fault but these dealers who are all owned by John Clark who was in court a few years ago for de frauding the vat man hence maybe all brands owned by this guy seem not to care- have a mate who has a BMW again dealer under the same group and yes he has the same problems, he is not even convinced the servicing gets done.
